ConnexOntario is a 24/7 navigation service that provides program information for anyone in Ontario or their loved ones experiencing gambling, substance use or mental health concerns. Helpful and supportive system navigation specialists answer all calls, texts and emails, or web chat requests through their website.

Your Support Services Network (YSSN) leads a partnership with Mental Health and Addiction Agencies called Streamlined Access that can connect you to numerous mental health and addiction services and housing supports. YSSN supports people with serious mental illness and/or a developmental disability, and their families, across their lifespan. All of YSSN’s services including navigation through Streamlined Access are offered free of charge.
